Laura Codd is the Fieldwork Manager at Sparkler and she is responsible for running the field department. Her key responsibilities include ensuring best practice in qualitative recruitment and advising on research methodologies.

Laura has extensive industry experience and has worked across a range of sectors including FMCG, Retail, Media, Technology and the Charity Sector. She began her career as a Quantitative Research Trainee with Research International before developing her qualitative skill set as a Qualitative Researcher with Synovate. She joined Sparkler from Flamingo where she worked as a Project Manager, coordinating domestic and international research fieldwork for a broad range of clients.

Laura studied at the University of Sheffield, gaining a First in Geography and an MA in Social and Cultural Geographies.
